Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 (12 ounces) can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium-size bowl, add in chicken, cream of chicken soup, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese, the vegetables, the garlic powder, and the salt.

Using a spatula, combine all the ingredients until well blended.

Cut each of the biscuits into fourths, and add them into the chicken mixture.

Prepare a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread the chicken biscuit mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, until golden and bubbly, about 35-45 minutes.

Allow to cool, then serve.
